Aug. 2

At 1:09 a.m., dispatch received a medical alert.

At 3:39 a.m., a deputy helped a motorist.

At 8:49 a.m., someone trespassed on private property.

At 8:54 a.m., a Marbleton employee reported vandalism at the community fishing pond.

At 9:28 a.m., a deputy checked on a person’s welfare.

At 10:10 a.m., a detective checked a prescription drop box.

At 10:27 a.m., dogs kept barking loudly.

At 10:51 a.m., a business owner refused to buy a business license.

At 3:10 p.m., a semi was running hot and rolling coal off onto Highway 191 and a caller was worried about fire.

At 4:31 p.m., a deputy looked into a suspicious incident.

At 4:45 p.m., a man asked about using a substance to find his trailer’s VIN.

At 4:58 p.m., traumatic injuries were reported.

At 8:46 p.m., a green semi on Highway 28 was swerving and crossing lines.

At 10:49 p.m., a suspicious man was sitting on a person’s curb and talking on his cell phone for an hour and the owner thought it was time for the man to go home.

At 11:01 p.m., a deputy checked on a person’s welfare.

At 11:28 p.m., a man tried to check into a room at 9 p.m. that wasn’t ready and it still wasn’t done. The front desk clerk was trying to get it cleaned.

Aug. 3

At 12:24 a.m., a suspicious vehicle had a door open.

At 12:49 a.m., someone was sleeping in a car in the back corner of a hotel parking lot.

At 8:59 a.m., a deputy checked on a person’s welfare.

At 10:09 a.m., a woman reported a trespasser.

At 10:13 a.m., a theft was discovered.

At 2:26 p.m., a Toyota 4Runner and Nissan Xterra collided.

At 2:29 p.m., a man trying to reset his phone accidentally called 911.

At 2:48 p.m., a woman left two horses and two mules behind on property she’d been leasing; the landowner asked how to take possession of them.

At 3:28 p.m., a hiker spotted smoke south of Pinnacle Peak; the fire was less than 1 acre at the time.

At 4 p.m., a white RV was pulling a trailer with a flat tire.

At 4:26 p.m., a man asked how to get an employee he fired off the property.

At 9:57 a.m., a rancher asked for help with cattle on the highway.

At 10:03 a.m., a detective requested a search warrant.

At 10:18 a.m., a deputy helped with a cattle drive.

At 11:20 a.m., a lime green semi was passing unsafely.

At 2:08 p.m., a woman provided information for an active investigation.

At 3:20 p.m., a suspicious incident resulted in a medical call.

At 3:32 p.m., a black Chevy SUV was speeding and passing unsafely on Highway 191.

At 5:50 p.m., a 911 call came in with two men arguing and swearing; it was a confrontation between neighbors about speeding.

At 8:32 p.m., a fisherman dropped his phone in the water and accidentally called 911 trying to restart it.

At 9:51 p.m., two deputies pulled or “doored” up next to each other to visit they were a little too close; when one pulled away, the other patrol car was nicked. Wyoming Highway Patrol responded.

At 12:55 a.m., a suspicious white truck was idling with no one around at Rocky Mountain Yeti.

At 1:51 a.m., a deputy found an unsecured building.

At 3:50 a.m., a 911 caller twice tried to talk to dispatch about an accident but the call cut out.

At 7:59 a.m., a deputy went to Jonah Energy for a civil standby.

At 8:48 a.m., a man said he was threatened.

At 9:04 a.m., a gas line was hit and leaking.

At 9:39 a.m., a caller had a new complaint about a threatening neighbor.

At 10:09 a.m., a woman brought a found wallet into a business but worried staff wasn’t trying hard to find the owner.

At 11:11 a.m., a woman with an out-of-county protection order asked what would happen if she came to see the person.

At 11:34 a.m., a woman said campers up Cliff Creek Road had a campfire but they were trying to put it out.

At 12:44 p.m., a camper said people next to her threatened to murder her dogs.

At 2:01 p.m., a woman accidentally dialed 911 and said it was the last number she’d called the day before when a friend broke a leg.

At 4:32 p.m., a person needed help after falling.

At 7:53 p.m., an illness was reported.

At 9:26 p.m., a suspicious white Chrysler with its lights on and idling was parked outside for almost four hours.

At 10:16 p.m., suicidal behavior was reported.

At 11:12 p.m., a domestic dispute was called in.

At 2:23 a.m., a suspicious Ford pickup was parked with its lights on and no one around.

At 4:59 a.m., a person was unconscious.

At 6:36 a.m., a blood draw was requested.

At 7:04 a.m., a deputy reported a controlled substance problem.

At 7:29 a.m., a woman asked a deputy to stand by.

At 9:38 a.m., a red Nissan hit a tan Dodge Ram.

At 9:52 a.m., a deputy went to stand by for a civil issue.

At 9:53 a.m., a southbound white cargo van was driving erratically.

At 10:29 a.m., a deputy took the K9 drug dog to a Daniel Junction campground.

At 11:43 a.m., a man appeared to be secretly taking pictures of children; it turned out he was a Forest Service employee calibrating devices.

At 12:06 p.m., a grass fire was reported west of Pinedale on Highway 191.

At 1:35 p.m., vandalism was reported.

At 2:42 p.m., a car now parked at a store had been speeding and passing unsafely.

At 2:50 p.m., two vehicles collided near Luman Road; one person was life-flighted.

At 4:13 p.m., a fire was reported near the Hoback Rim; nothing was found.

At 4:48 p.m., a motorist was almost hit by a black truck, a white pickup with a child standing on the window ledge and two dirt bike riders.

At 5:55 p.m., a fire reported in Fall Creek couldn’t be located.

At 5:58 p.m., a medical emergency was reported.

At 8:17 p.m., Wyoming Highway Patrol passed on that a woman in Rock Springs said a man in a County 23 truck pulled a rifle on her because he thought she was looking at his truck.

Aug. 7

At 3:18 a.m., a bartender was cited for not closing on time.

At 1:30 p.m., a man calling in a Rock Springs medical emergency was transferred to Sweetwater County dispatch.

At 2:25 p.m., a truck went off the road and through a guardrail.

At 8:08 p.m., a caller had information about an active investigation.

At 9:47 p.m., a medical emergency was reported.

At 9:53 p.m., a deputy’s wife told him she heard a lot of noise in the backyard.

At 11:05 p.m., a man wanted a loud party across the creek shut down.

At 12:42 a.m., wedding guests were causing problems and refusing to leave a parking lot.

At 12:53 a.m., a family at the Highway 28 rest stop had locked their keys in the car.

At 9:20 a.m., a black Dodge crew cab was going down Clubhouse Road faster than 50 mph.

At 9:20 a.m., a tenant said her neighbors were threatening her through a shared wall.

At 10:02 a.m., a woman asked a deputy to check on someone’s welfare.
