The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 174 calls and incidents from April 18 to April 24, including at least six crashes, a death, a bad burn, two thefts, one mental evaluation, seven welfare checks, two juvenile problems, six animal problems, three livestock problems, five suspicious incidents, a tobacco problem, 25 urinalyses and 27 vehicle identification number inspections.

The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office reported 174 calls and incidents from April 18 to April 24, including at least six crashes, a death, a bad burn, two thefts, one mental evaluation, seven welfare checks, two juvenile problems, six animal problems, three livestock problems, five suspicious incidents, a tobacco problem, 25 urinalyses and 27 vehicle identification number inspections.

April 18

At 2:25 a.m., a traffic stop turned into a traffic offense.

At 8:18 a.m., a woman said her doorbell camera wasn’t catching whoever keeps knocking on her door.

At 8:57 a.m., a brown and white cow was on the highway.

At 9:21 a.m., a man’s personal information was compromised by Internet fraud.

At 9:43 a.m., a woman’s door was wide open when she came home from vacation.

At 9:51 a.m., a deputy was asked to check on someone’s welfare.

At 9:57 a.m., a WYDOT vehicle caught on fire.

At 10:39 a.m., a caller asked a deputy to check on someone’s welfare.

At 10:47 a.m., a drug detective emptied a prescription drop box.

At 11:35 a.m., a school resource officer investigated a juvenile incident from the night before.

At 1:47 p.m., a woman asked a deputy to check on someone’s welfare.

At 1:58 p.m., a speeding white sedan was weaving in and out of traffic.

At 4:11 p.m., the driver of an oversized load had a flat tire and was waiting for help.

At 5:41 p.m., a caller said the driver of a gold sedan might be on drugs after going off the road three times.

At 8:54 p.m., someone fell onto a hot wood stove and was badly burned.

At 11:25 p.m., a juvenile problem was reported.

April 19

At 7:39 a.m., a woman hit and injured a deer that went back onto the highway and was hit by a Dodge Durango.

At 8:03 a.m., a deer was caught in a fence.

At 8:16 a.m., a black cow was on the highway.

At 8:26 a.m., a probation violation was reported.

At 8:40 a.m., a Pinedale school employee called with information.

At 3:37 p.m., a theft was reported.

At 5:13 p.m., a woman trying to reboot her phone accidentally dialed 911.

At 5:25 p.m., a homeowners’ association president asked why people can’t park on subdivision streets if they are public roads.

At 5:41 p.m., a Lincoln County dispatcher had information for an active investigation.

At 7:43 p.m., the sheriff checked on someone’s welfare.

At 9:18 p.m., a burglar alarm went off.

At 10:01 p.m., Department of Family Services asked a deputy to check on someone’s welfare.

April 20

At 11:58 a.m., a woman called about an active investigation.

At 1:51 p.m., a controlled burn went out of control.

At 2:34 p.m., a woman was frightened by texts and calls from an extended warranty company.

At 4:35 p.m., a man called about an active investigation.

At 5:03 p.m., a man called about an ongoing investigation.

At 6:22 p.m., a person was ill.

At 8:27 p.m., a theft was reported.

April 21

At 12:03 a.m., a man asked a deputy to check on someone’s welfare.

At 8:18 a.m., an injured deer near Dry Piney was still alive.

At 9:17 a.m., a theft was reported.

At 9:59 a.m., a semi was broken down on a blind curve and blocking traffic just south of Rim Station.

At 11:24 a.m., a big rock was in the southbound lane.

At 11:27 a.m., a woman reported losing a wallet.

At 11:45 a.m., a man reported fraud.

At 1:04 p.m., two horses were loose and by the highway in Bondurant.

At 1:40 p.m., a suspicious incident is under investigation.

At 2:03 p.m., a detective opened an investigation.

At 4:02 p.m., a car dealer spotted an abandoned vehicle.

At 4:52 p.m., a juvenile problem was reported.

At 6:05 p.m., a person was unconscious.

At 7:07 p.m., a suspicious person was taking pictures.

At 7:58 p.m., a death was reported.

At 9:45 p.m., a woman asked a deputy to check on someone’s welfare.

At 11:57 p.m., a deputy assisted a Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper with field sobriety tests.

April 22

At 1:31 a.m., a deputy helped a tractor-trailer driver.

At 2:21 a.m., a deputy reported hitting a deer.

At 5:29 a.m., a Pinedale bus driver said a dead deer was a traffic hazard.

At 8:18 a.m., a motorist flagged down a deputy for help.

At 8:25 a.m., someone was unconscious.

At 8:47 a.m., a man hit a deer on the highway.

At 10:27 a.m., an illness was reported.

At 10:53 a.m., a private investigator from Colorado had work that might bring him to Sublette County.

At 12:09 p.m., Department of Family Services asked for a deputy’s assistance.

At 12:48 p.m., a person was cited during an alcohol-tobacco check.

At 12:58 p.m., a detective investigated new information.

At 1:44 p.m., the smell of propane was checked out.

At 1:52 p.m., two loose dogs were chasing cattle.

At 4:35 p.m., a service-provider technician needed to get to the top of a water tower.

At 4:39 p.m., a tobacco violation was reported.

At 4:52 p.m., a California deputy called for information about a local person.

At 5:12 p.m., a person had breathing problems.

At 7:16 p.m., Sublette EMS reported a medical emergency.

At 7:55 p.m., the Pinedale Medical Clinic responded to the emergency.

An 8:32 p.m., an overdose was reported.

At 10:01 p.m., flames reported were probably from a controlled burn.

At 10:08 p.m., someone kicked on a front door, frightening the family.

At 10:52 p.m., a patient was taken to Idaho Falls.

April 23

At 12:42 a.m., a caller had information for a deputy.

At 4:57 a.m., a vehicle was abandoned.

At 12:25 p.m., a woman asked a deputy to check on someone’s welfare.

At 3:02 p.m., a large dog wandered into a store.

At 3:47 p.m., a chicken was hanging out in a car-wash bay.

At 4:24 p.m., a person was taken into custody.

At 5:59 p.m., a person was unconscious.
