SCHD seeks nominees for DAISY Award


SUBLETTE COUNTY – The Sublette County Hospital District is seeking nominations for local nurses to submit for consideration of the DAISY (Diseases Attacking the Immune System) Award.

The DAISY Award is an international recognition program that celebrates the skilled, compassionate care nurses provide. DAISY Award recipients have been honored in 5,000 health-care facilities and schools of nursing in all 50 sates and 31 other countries and territories.

Nominations can be made by downloading a short form at www.sublettehospitaldistrict.org. Paper forms are available at either clinic or the Sublette Center.

The deadline for nominations is April 29.

Past winners of the DAISY Award in Sublette County include: Amanda Maxam, Leslie Hagenstein, Amy Deeds, Julie Woolwine, Katie Hoffman and Vicky Marshall. The Sublette County Public Health team won a DAISY Award last year for its exhaustive work during the pandemic.
