PINEDALE – Paul Nipper, from Austin, Texas, will headline the Pinedale Fine Arts Council’s (PFAC) second annual Summer Music Kickoff Show tonight at Boondock’s Pizza at 7 p.m. and free for all ages. Nipper, who will be joined by his full band, headlines the first of many summer concerts presented by PFAC in various venues across Pinedale.
In addition to their five-event Soundcheck Summer Music Series held at Legion Park, PFAC is teaming up with Boondocks to present a smaller series of shows and after-parties held at Boondocks.
“The Soundcheck Series turns 10 years old this summer and we wanted to do something special to celebrate – so naturally we ended up booking a bunch more shows,” PFAC Marketing Director Tim Ruland said. “Tonight’s show will be really special and we couldn’t more excited to have Paul Nipper as a headliner.”
The Paul Nipper Band was originally formed to play dance halls and honky-tonks across the state and country. You're sure to catch drops of blues, southern rock, and even a little folk sifting through the cracks.
