Dozens of children in preschool and elementary school gathered for the annual Youth Track Meet sponsored by the Pinedale Aquatic Center on May 22. The young athletes braved windy and cool weather to run, jump and throw in several events from the 50-meter sprint, toddler run and the softball throw. The event included an energetic parent cheering section and volunteers from the PAC, Pinedale High School and Sublette County Sheriff’s Office. The event took place on Sonny Korfanta Field and Gene Andrews Stadium.
Full results will be in next weeks' Roundup.
