PINEDALE – The Pinedale Aquatic Center’s 2021 Little Wrangler Day Camp hosted 96 total campers from 61 different households this summer.
An ongoing partnership with Sublette BOCES funded a variety of activities like social emotional lessons, art and dance instruction, plus the purchase of STEAM supplies. Visiting artist and musician Paul Taylor brought his interactive presentations on Aboriginal culture and together the group made didgeridoos. BOCES and the Pinedale Fine Arts Council teamed to bring the Burton Riglet Skate and Snow program to teach campers how to ride snowboards with instructors from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, which was followed by the chance for campers to decorate their own skateboards with artist Haley Badenhop.
