PINEDALE – Wrangler basketball season is back! On Tuesday, Dec. 7, the girls' and boys' teams are hosting the first annual Green and White Fundraiser Night at the Wrangler Gym.
The community is invited to kick off the 2021-2022 basketball season with scrimmages showcasing the Lady Wranglers and Wranglers, along with fun events and games for all ages.
The event starts at 4 p.m. and is an opportunity to collect funds for families in need and the Pinedale High School basketball programs, said head boys' coach Marcus Helland. People attending the event are asked to provide a non-perishable food item or other donation for admission.
The girls' and boys' C-teams and junior varsity squads hit the court first, followed by Wrangler and Lady Wrangler varsity action.
Concessions and tickets will be on sale for the chance to participate in fun activities between games, including tic-tac-toe, basketball musical chairs and a putt-putt challenge. Proceeds will go to the food bank and the basketball programs.
Come out and support your Lady Wranglers and Wranglers!
