The Sublette County Board of Equalization
dismissed an appeal because the property owner failed
to meet state mandated guidelines.
Property assessments went out April 17. Property owners
have 30 days to review and file an appeal. Property owner
Scott Murdock filed his appeal June 13, requesting his airplane
be exempt because it is not used for conducting business.
That is an exemption that must be applied for annually.
The board, which is comprised of the five county commissioners,

While eight companies protesting the depreciation
