These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Oct. 3 to Oct. 9.
Thomas Steele: Driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense in 10 years; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle; superintendent’s speed zone.
Brandy Hunter: DUI alcohol, first offense, expired license or registration; driving with a suspended license.
Jason Hauser: Leave open or destroy a lawful fence.
The following fines and sentences were imposed from Oct. 3 to Oct. 9.
Judy Tate, Big Piney: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $145.
Cindy Hernandez Moralez, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $160.
Richard Fitzgerald, LaBarge: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $99.
Leopoldo Labrador, Jr., Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $130.
Peyten J. Denison, Big Piney: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $150.
Reva Deveny, LaBarge: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine 140.
