These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Oct. 17 to Oct. 23.

Tanner C. Molokai: Possession of a controlled narcotic substance, felony.

Victoria Hermansen: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.

Cung Nung Sang: Interference with an officer; displaying driver’s license not his own; no valid driver’s license; exceeding 65 mph on a paved road; invalid registration; no compulsory auto insurance.

Theresa Ann Bell: Driving with a suspended license; driving without an interlock device, first offense.

Zack Conway: Theft, use or dispose, under $1,000.

Todd E. Lamppa: Taking wrong species of big game animal.

The following fines and sentences were imposed from Oct. 17 to Oct. 23.

Cody Green, Big Piney: Driving under the influence of alcohol, jail 180 days with 179 suspended, 18 months unsupervised probation, fines $1,020.

Morgan Hull, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $135.

Margaret Urbigkit, Boulder: Invalid title or registration, fine $140.

Luke D. Schultz, Cora: Taking over the limit of big game, fine $450.

Paul Johnson, Big Piney: DUI, second offense, jail 180 days with 173 suspended, two years unsupervised probation, fines $1,020.

Cody D. Raza, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $120.

Todd E. Lamppa, Pinedale: Taking wrong species of big game, fine $250.

Erin Allsop, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $105.
