These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from March 6 to March 12.
Amanda McGehee: Threaten to inflict injury by phone calls or electronic communication.
Eugene Hooper: Violation of a protection order.
The following dispositions took place from March 6 to March 12.
Trinidad Johnson, Farson: Driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense; following too closely; jail 180 days with 135 suspended, 24 months unsupervised probation.
Phillip J. Loftus, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $115.
Andrew Zook, Pinedale: Animal at large, first offense, fine $70, restitution $599.44.
James Mecham, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $105.
Cung Nung Sang, Boulder: Sexual battery, two counts; delivering nicotine to a person under 21; delivering alcohol to a minor. Remanded from 9th District Court to Circuit Court on March 10.
