These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from Aug. 8 to Aug. 14.
Kieffer Axelson: Driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle; exceeding 70 mph on a highway; littering.
Kory J. Graham Jr.: Criminal entry; property destruction under $1,000.
Ralph D. Phillips: DUI, first offense; driving with a suspended license; no compulsory auto insurance; no driver’s seatbelt; right turn at intersections.
Parris Demarbieux: Duty to report collision.
Christian Quintana Santiago: Possession of marijuana, misdemeanor.

Jason L. Ray, Boulder: Battery, jail 180 days with 178 suspended, six month’s unsupervised probation, fines $970, restitution $1,101.67.
Michael J. Delaney, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $130.
Ridge Stewart, Big Piney: Driving with a suspended license, fine $300.
Robyn L. Hofland, Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph on a highway, fine $120.
Bransen J. Stout, Pinedale: DUI, first offense, jail 180 days with 125 suspended, one year unsupervised probation; superintendent’s speed zone, fines $1,288.
Alisha Bell, Boulder: DUI, first offense, jail 180 days with 174 suspended, two years supervised probation, fines $470.
John Hardman, Pinedale: Expired license, registration, fine $140.
Carol J. Mackie, Big Piney: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $135.
Chad E. Espenscheid, Big Piney: Traffic control signals, fine $150.
Raquel Simmons, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine 115.
