The following new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from April 10 to April 16.
Kelsey Bailly: Domestic battery, first offense.
Michael D. Burdick: Violate a temporary protection order.
Gustavo Periz: Possession of a controlled substance.
Amber Miller: False statement to obtain antelope, deer, wolf, black bear or mountain lion license.
Tyrel Miller: False statement to obtain antelope, deer, wolf, black bear or mountain lion license.
These dispositions occurred in Circuit Court from April 10 to April 16.
Katrina D. Dohrmann, Pinedale: Driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense in 10 years; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle, jail 180 days with 163 suspended, 24 months supervised probation, fines $770.
Hillary Whitman, Big Piney: DUI 18 or older with a child passenger; speed too fast for conditions, jail 365 days with 338 suspended, three years supervised probation, fines $1,145.
Juan Reyes Hernandez, Big Piney: No valid driver’s license, fine $140.
