These new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from July 4 to July 10.
Chelsey M. Smith: Reckless endangering; criminal trespass; interference with peace officer; breach of peace; property destruction under $1,000; violation of a protection order.
Robert Sanchez: Extradition: issue arrest warrant.
Gabriel S. Hughes: Extradition: issue arrest; felony theft of firearm or livestock regardless of value; open container of alcohol in a moving vehicle.
Daniel M. Gosar: Hunt, trap, fish or collect horns on private land without permission.
Wyatt E. Forrester: Hunt, trap, fish or collect horns on private land without permission.
Boyd W. Boylan: Hunt, trap, fish or collect horns on private land without permission.
The following fines and sentences were imposed in Circuit Court from July 4 to July 10.
Anthony S. Jones, Bondurant: Driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, guilty.
Brody Hamby, Pinedale: Driving in a single lane, fine $90.
Robert C. Peterson, Pinedale: Hunt, trap, fish or collect horns on private land without permission, fines $450.
Joshua S. Rose, Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $130.
Darrold F. Stefan, Pinedale: Operate unnumbered boat, fine $160.
