The following fines were imposed in Sublette County Circuit Court from April 10 through April 16.
Schwartz, Chad D., Pinedale: Property destruction less than $1,000, additional sentence use of a firearm, possession of a deadly weapon, reckless driving – bound over to Ninth District Court April 10.
Corcilius, Jonathan P., Jackson: 2 counts attempt and conspire to commit a felony, 1 count delivery of methamphetamine – bound over to District Court April 10.
Newell, Wyatt A., Thayne: Attempt and conspire to commit a felony – bound over April 11.
Steele, Morgan E., Boulder: No driver’s seatbelt, fine $25.
Mack, Thomas M., Pinedale: Exceeding 70 mph speed limit on a highway (6+ mph over), fine $91.
Lewis III, Diggs W., Pinedale: Superintendent’s speed zone, fine $60.
Delgado, Josue M, Big Piney: Exceeding 70 mph speed limit on a highway (6+ mph over), fine $86, no driver’s seatbelt, fine $25.
Mackie, Nicholas S., Big Piney: Two counts attempt and conspire to commit a felony – bound over to District Court April 14.
Smith, Julius B., Big Piney: Theft valued at less than $1,000, 180 days in jail with 179 suspended, 180 days unsupervised probation, fines $190.
McNew, James S., Pinedale: property destruction less than $1,000 value, 10 days in jail, $556 fine; criminal trespass, 20 days and $480; unauthorized use of a vehicle, 180 days and $480.
The following new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court.
Metcalf, Jennifer: DUI first offense, domestic battery first offense, vehicle registration required, carry and exhibit driver’s license on demand.
