A group of Pinedale High School students work on their snow sculpture Wednesday evening ahead of Pinedale Winter Carnival’s snow sculpture contest, planned for this weekend, Feb. 10-12. The Town of Pinedale’s Public Works Department helped pack the snow last week. Voting for the best snow sculpture along Pine Street takes place on Saturday and the winner will receive a $500 cash prize. Other planned events this weekend include skijoring at the Pinedale Rodeo Grounds, the Cardboard Classic at the Burzlander Sledding Hill, a snowmobile show and the Snocross Race 120cc and 200cc.
