Annual Kickin' Cancer fundraiser raises thousands

A crowd of 160 people enjoys dinner at the 2022 Kickin’ Cancer fundraising event on Saturday, Nov. 5, at the Sublette County Fairgrounds. On stage, Kickin’ Cancer secretary Chauncey Goodrich, left, and board president Steve James, right, explain all proceeds from the 18th annual event directly benefit Sublette County residents who are diagnosed with cancer. Supporters raised about $84,000 on Saturday. The 501(c)3 nonprofit organization has provided more than $800,000 in assistance since its inception.
