BIG SANDY WATERSHED STUDY

Report Presentation Meeting in Farson, WY

September 13, 2019

9:00 a.m.

The Sublette County Conservation District (SCCD), Sweetwater County Conservation District (SWCCD), and Wyoming Water Development Office (WWDO) are holding a report presentation meeting for the Big Sandy Watershed Level I Study at 9:00 a.m. on September 13, 2019.  The meeting will be held in the “Boars Tusk Room” in the Eden Valley Community Center located at 4039 U.S. Highway 191, Farson, Wyoming.

The Level I Study has been ongoing since July of 2018 and this meeting is being held to present the findings of said study.  General topics covered will include water rights, water quality, rehabilitation project inventory, surface water hydrography/hydrology, biology, GIS database, and other pertinent information related to the function of said watershed.  Following a presentation outlining the results of this watershed study, we will be available to discuss funding resources, Small Water Project Program application process, and any other specific questions you may have regarding the watershed study findings.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE

WHEREAS NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that a default in the payment under the terms of a secured and perfected Note has occurred.  The Note is secured by a Mortgage dated September 27, 2018 and recorded on October 2, 2018 at REC # 395143 Book 231 Mtg, Page 677 in the records of Sublette County, Wyoming from Lonna J. Lundquist-Smith, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Wyndham Capital Mortgage, Inc. for the amount of $264,000.00.  The Mortgage having been assigned to and now in possession of PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, through an assignment recorded on July 29, 2019 at REC# 0399199 Book 236 MISC, Page 793 in the records of Sublette County, Wyoming.

WHEREAS the Mortgage contains a power of sale, which by reason of the default that has occurred, the Mortgagee has declared to become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof, nor has any suit or proceeding instituted and the same discontinued and:

WHEREAS written Notice of Intent to Foreclose by Sale and Advertisement has been served upon the record owner and party in possession of the mortgaged premises at least ten (10) days prior to commencement of the publication, and the amount due upon the Mortgage at the date of first publication of this notice of sale being the total sum of $271,571.45 which consists of the unpaid principal balance of $262,836.20, plus outstanding charges, attorney fees, costs expected, accruing interest and late charges after the date of first publication of this notice.

WHEREAS this property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale and any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting a bid.
