Complaint in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, Sublette County, Wyoming sitting in the
Town of Pinedale, to quiet title to:
A parcel of land located in the NE/4 of Section 33, T.34N., R109W., 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot Twenty-Six (26), Block Two (2) of the
Townsite of Shelter Park, of record in Book 4 of Miscellaneous, Page 216 in the
Office of the Clerk of Sublette County, Wyoming; Thence N.72°12' 15"W., a distance of 106.00 feet to the northwest corner thereof and the true POINT OF BEGINNING of this legal description;
Thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING, S.01 °33'40"W., a distance ofl87.48 feet, more or less, to the southwest comer of said Lot Twenty-Six (26) and the northerly boundary line of Lake Road CR 23-186;
Thence N.72°12'15"W., a distance of26.22 feet, more or less, along the northerly boundary line of said Lake Road CR 23-186 to a point on the easterly boundary line of Lot Twenty-Four B (24B) of the Lot Division Plat of Lot 24, Pine Creek Subdivision as filed in Book 46 of Miscellaneous, Page 605 in said Office of the Clerk;
Thence N.00°00'36"E., a distance of 119.37 feet, more or less, to the northeast comer of said Lot Twenty-Four B (24B);
Thence N.00°00'36"E., a distance of 69.67 feet, more or less, along the east boundary line of Lot Twenty-Four A (24A) of said Lot Division Plat to a point; said point also being located at the intersection of the east boundary line of said Lot Twenty-Four A (24A) and the southerly boundary line of that Tract of land being more particularly described in Book 58 of Warranty Deeds, Page 642, as filed in said Office of the Clerk;
Thence S.72°12'15"E., a distance of31.55 feet, more or less, along the southerly boundary line of said Tract to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this legal description;
as fee simple owners of said real property naming you as Defendants, alleging that you claim estates, rights, titles, liens and interests therein which are adverse to those of the Plaintiffs, and that Plaintiffs are seeking to have their title to said real property forever quieted and a judicial determination that you have no estates, rights, titles, liens or interests therein.

Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Andeavor Gathering I, LLC (CMP100321) to modify the Stewart Point 1-30 PAD (F026776) with the addition of two (2) 20 million cubic feet per day (MMCFD) triethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration units and associated equipment, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 30, T33N, R109W, approximately five (5) miles south-southwest of Pinedale, in Sublette County, Wyoming. A Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) demonstration in accordance with the Division’s Interim Policy has been conducted. Emission offset requirements, if applicable, have been applied to this permitting action at a ratio of 1.5:1.0 for VOCs and 1.1:1.0 for NOx. Permitting actions to date have resulted in a decrease in actual VOC emissions of 84.2 tpy and a decrease in actual NOx emissions of 197.6 tpy. Therefore, Andeavor Gathering I, LLC has met the offset requirements for VOCs and NOx.

Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Ultra Resources, Inc. (CMP000768) to modify the Warbonnet 7-23 PAD (F014497) with the addition of production equipment, located in the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 23, T30N, R108W, approximately twelve (12) miles west-southwest of Big Sandy, in Sublette County, Wyoming. Ultra Resources, Inc. has met the demonstration requirements under Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) for this permitting action since current emissions are less than emissions during the baseline period. VOC emissions have decreased 0.5 TPY from the baseline period and NOx emissions have decreased 0.4 TPY from the baseline period. These reductions have been added to Ultra Resources, Inc.’s offset bank to use for future permitting actions.

Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Jonah Energy LLC (CMP100053) to modify the Jonah Federal 13-7 Central Facility (F007255) with the addition of production and equipment associated with one well, the JF Tully 321-08H, with two reboiler overheads condensers, two TEG flash tank separators and one common smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration units, condensate tanks, active produced water tanks and pneumatic pumps, located in the SW1/4SW1/4 of Section 7, T28N, R108W, approximately twenty-one (21) miles southwest of Big Sandy, in Sublette County, Wyoming. Jonah Energy LLC has met the demonstration requirements under Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) for this permitting action since current emissions are less than emissions during the baseline period. VOC emissions have decreased 11.7 TPY from the baseline period and NOx emissions have decreased 3.6 TPY from the baseline period. These reductions have been added to Jonah Energy LLC’s offset bank to use for future permitting actions.

A Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) demonstration in accordance with the Division’s Interim Policy has been conducted. Emission offset requirements, if applicable, have been applied to this permitting action at a ratio of 1.5:1.0 for VOCs and 1.1:1.0 for NOx. Permitting actions to date have resulted in a decrease in actual VOC emissions of 633.7 tpy and a decrease in actual NOx emissions of 590.8 tpy. Therefore, Ultra Resources, Inc. has met the offset requirements for VOCs and NOx.
