TAKE NOTICE that Owen Andrew Popinchalk and Joana D. Lau, have filed a Complaint in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, Sublette County, Wyoming to quiet title to:

Lot One Hundred One (101) of Green River Ranch Unit D, being a portion of Section Two (2) and Eleven (11), Township 35 North, Range 111 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Sublette County, Wyoming, as said parcel of lot is laid down and described on the duly recorded plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Sublette County Clerk and Ex-officio Register of Deeds, subject to all prior exceptions and reservations of record.

as fee simple owners of said real property naming you as Defendant, alleging that you claim estates, rights, titles, liens and interests which are adverse to those of the Plaintiffs, and that Plaintiffs are seeking to have their title to said real property forever quieted and a judicial determination that you have no estates, rights, titles, liens or interests therein.FURTHER, you are notified that you are required to answer Plaintiffs' Complaint on or before October 13, 2022 by filing the same with the Clerk of this Court; otherwise, said Complaint shall be taken as true and judgment shall be rendered against you accordingly.

Sublette County School District # 1 in Pinedale, WY is seeking a qualified vendor / contractor to removal snow piles from district parking lots.  Proposals will be received at the Sublette County School District # 1 Administration Office located at 665 N. Tyler Ave., Pinedale, WY 82941.

BIDS WILL BE OPENED at 4:00 P.M., Monday, October 3, 2022, in the office of the Director of Operations.  LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Request for Proposal criteria, specifications, and details may be obtained and downloaded from the Sublette County School District No.1 Web Site www.sub1.org at Departments / Business / Files / Request for Proposals RFPs or by contacting Jeryl Fluckiger, Director of Operations at 307-367-5560.  Questions pertaining to the project should be directed to Jeryl Fluckiger. District shall not be responsible for any oral instructions. Any changes to the RFP will be in the form of an addendum, which will be published on our website with the RFP.

All bids will be evaluated pursuant to Wyoming State Statues 16-6-102 Resident Contractors; 16-6-203, Resident Labor; and Wyoming State Statutes Chapter 16, Article 7 on Construction Contracts.  In addition, pursuant to Wyoming State Statues 16-6-104, and 16-6-106, preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied, or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state.

The District reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding or in any bid, reject any or all bids without further obligation and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of Sublette County School District # 1. The District does not bind itself in any way to accept the low bid.  All proposals will be evaluated on the following:

1. Compliance with all requirements

2. Price

3. Ability, capability, and skills of the Vendor to perform

4. Character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience, and efficiency of the Vendor

5. Quality of previous performance

6. Whether the vendor can perform within the time specified

ROBERT MICHAEL BOLING, resident of Chaves County, State of New Mexico died on 3/16/19.  His Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate in the Fifth Judicial District Court of the County of Chaves, State of New Mexico, as No. D-504-PB-2019-00015 on 4/11/19.  That ROBERT MICHAEL BOLING’s Last Will and Testament bequest all of his property including the following described Wyoming real property to the RESIDUARY TRUST as established in the Last Will and Testament of ROBERT MICHAEL BOLING.  JAMIE WARD BOLING, Personal Representative of the New Mexico probate, has filed a Petition For Order Admitting Foreign Probate with this Court requesting an order admitting the New Mexico probate proceedings described above as a probate of the Decedent’s estate in Wyoming.  The Wyoming estate of the Decedent being described as follows:

Hereby take notice that the Petition is set for hearing on 10/17/22 at 10:00 A.M. in the Courtroom of the Sublette County Courthouse in Pinedale, Wyoming.  Anyone objecting to said probate or any unpaid creditor of the decedent should file notice of said objection or claim with the Clerk of District Court prior to said hearing or appear at said hearing to enter their objection or claim.  Otherwise, the Petition of JAMIE WARD BOLING shall be taken as correct and the relief prayed for therein granted.
