Box 764, Pinedale, WY 82941, seeking to change the name of, TONY ROGER KEYES to TONY ROGER KEYS.
Unless an Answer or Response to the Petition referenced above is filed within 30 days following the last date of publication of this notice, an order may be entered granting the requested name change.

NOTICE OF FINAL
PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that Sublette County, Wyoming, has accepted work as completed according to the plans and specifications set forth in the Agreement between Sublette County and Avail Valley Construction-WY, LLC pursuant to the Project Manual for the Cottonwood Ryegrass (CR 23-117) Road Project and that Avail Valley Construction-WY, LLC is entitled to final settlement thereof. On September 2, 2021, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this Notice, Sublette County will pay to Avail Valley Consruction-WY, LLC all amounts and balances due under said Agreement.

A regularly scheduled public meeting of the Sublette County Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following agenda items. These agenda items will then be heard before the Sublette County Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. An application by the Mark Anselmi and Regina Anselmi requesting a Vacation of the “Ranch Road Easement” within the Wind River Ranches Large Tract Development pursuant to Chapter XII, Subchapter IV, Section 4, of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations. This proposed Vacation of the “Ranch Road Easement” would eliminate this road easement in its entirety for the Subdivision.
