BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Hoback Ranches Service and Improvement District, that it intends to order improvements to be paid for by special assessment, specified as follows:

1.  The improvements proposed are to repair and maintain roads and fences and allow for the protection of wildlife in the Hoback Ranches Service and Improvement District;

2.  The improvements proposed are extended to all properties within the District;

3.  The probable cost needed to fund the Hoback Ranches Service and Improvement District July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 budget will be determined and assessed by the County of Sublette;

The Pinedale Complex is located in Section 2, Township 31 North, Range 109 West, approximately 6 miles southwest of Boulder in Sublette County, Wyoming.  The facility is a natural gas compressor station. 

This permit is being modified to incorporate requirements of a recently issued construction permit.  This modification reflects estimated increases in yearly potential emissions of the following: 3 tons of NOx; 2 tons of CO; 3 tons of VOCs; and 0.4 tons of hazardous air pollutants.  Only the modified portions of the permit are open for public comment.

A mandatory Pre Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM., Local Time, Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at the Sublette County Weed and Pest office, 12 S. Bench Rd., Pinedale, Wyoming 82941. The project site may be toured by the contractor at any time and is encouraged.

Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory for Contractors who wish to be considered qualified and/or responsible.
