FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE
WHEREAS, default has occurred, the mortgagor is deceased under the terms of a promissory note (the "Note") dated February 6, 2015, executed and delivered by Claudie M. Meyer, an unmarried woman (“Mortgagor”) to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as sole nominee for American Advisors Group, its successor and assigns, and a real estate mortgage (the "Mortgage") of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by said Mortgagor, to said Mortgagee, and which Mortgage was recorded on February 18, 2015 at Instrument No. 376499 in Book 208 Mtg at Page 413 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Sublette County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage was assigned for value to American Advisors Group with an assignment dated May 4, 2016, recorded on May 11, 2016, at Instrument No. 382693 in Book 215 of Mtg, Page 114, all in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Sublette County, Wyoming;
WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and

Project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following scope of work: construction of a mezzanine space for staff work area within the tall bay structure; replacement of HVAC system; new restroom construction and accessories; replacement of lighting fixtures; new interior finishes, and select new interior wall configuration; new metal roof and insulation; insulation of existing exterior wall cavity; and repairs to crawlspace joist insulation.

It is the contractor’s responsibility to contact Ratio Architects in order to be added to the plan holders list and qualify for the bidding project.
Each BIDDER will be required to submit, with their proposal, a certified check, or Bid Bond made payable without condition to Sublette County, Wyoming in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the BIDDER's maximum Bid Price as guarantee that such BIDDER will enter into a contract within fifteen (15) days after the date of the OWNER's Notice of Award.
Preference will be given to resident Wyoming Contractors, use of Wyoming Subcontractors, and use of Wyoming supplied materials pursuant to Wyoming Statutes §§16-6-101, et. seq. Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state pursuant to Wyoming Statutes §§16-6-104 through 106.
Sublette County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid and waive any formality in any bid, for any reason as its best interest may appear. Sublette County further reserves the right to reject any bid if it believes it would not be in the best interest of the project to make an award to that bidder, whether because the bid is not responsive or the bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability.
