The Decedent died on 8/18/21 owning an interest in real property located in Sublette County, Wyoming described as:
Lot One Hundred Forty'-Four (144), Block Four (4) of the Barger Subdivision, Fourth Filing, Sublette County, Wyoming as set out on that plat map recorded in the Office of the County Clerk of Sublette County on November 4, 1974 in Book 30 of Misc., Page 210A;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances, water and water rights, ditch and ditch rights, reservoir and reservoir rights thereunto appertaining. SUBJECT TO reservations and restrictions contained in the United States patents, to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use, to prior mineral reservations of record and to all other matters of public record.
This Application prayed that the Court, after due and proper publication as required by statute, enter its Decree of Summary Distribution of Real Property herein and that said Decree set over

Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Jonah Energy LLC (CMP100053) to modify the Stud Horse Butte 01-02 Central Facility (F029854) with the addition of production and equipment associated with four new wells, the Rebel 01-500H, Rebel 02-500H, Falcon 341-34-500H and Cirque 331-34-500H, with two reboiler overheads condensers, two TEG flash tank separators and two common smokeless combustion devices to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration units, condensate tanks, active produced water tanks, pneumatic pumps and truck loading, located in the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 2, T29N, R108W, approximately thirteen (13) miles southwest of Big Sandy, in Sublette County, Wyoming. A Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) demonstration in accordance with the Division’s Interim Policy has been conducted. Emission offset requirements, if applicable, have been applied to this permitting action at a ratio of 1.5:1.0 for VOCs and 1.1:1.0 for NOx. Permitting actions to date have resulted in a decrease in actual VOC emissions of 4223.0 tpy and a decrease in actual NOx emissions of 345.8 tpy. Therefore, Jonah Energy has met the offset requirements for VOCs and NOx.
