Sublette County School District # 1 in Pinedale, WY is seeking two replacement large SUVs.  Proposals will be received at the Sublette County School District # 1 Business Office located at 665 N. Tyler Ave., in Pinedale, WY 82941.

BIDS WILL BE OPENED 4:00 P.M., Monday December 2, 2019, in the Board Room.  LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Request for Proposal criteria, specifications, and details may be obtained and downloaded from the Sublette County School District No.1 Web Site www.sub1.org at Departments / Business / Files / Request for Proposals RFPs or by contacting Kevin Warren, Transportation Director at 307-367-5414.  Questions pertaining to the project should be directed to Kevin Warren. District shall not be responsible for any oral instructions. Any changes to the RFP will be in the form of an addendum, which will be published on our website with the RFP.

All bids will be evaluated pursuant to Wyoming State Statues 16-6-102 Resident Contractors; 16-6-203, Resident Labor; and Wyoming State Statutes Chapter 16, Article 7 on Construction Contracts.  In addition, pursuant to Wyoming State Statues 16-6-104, and 16-6-106, preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state.

The District reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding or in any bid, reject any or all bids without further obligation and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of Sublette County School District # 1.   2. That the Decedent, DEBRA LEE ADAMS, a/k/a DEBBIE MARINCIC, left real property owned in Sublette County, Wyoming.
  3. That the Decedent died testate and left a Last Will and Testament, which devised her real property on her family Wyoming ranch to TINA MARINCIC, a/k/a TINA MARIE MARINCIC, and BRENDA DUNFORD, a/k/a BRENDA KATHERINE DUNFORD. A certifice copy of said Last Will and Testament has been filed with the Clerk of District Court, Ninth Judicial District, Sublette County, Wyoming.
  4. That the value of the entire estate of DEBRA LEE ADAMS, a/k/a DEBBIE MARIN CIC located in the State of Wyoming subject to administration, either testate or intestate, less liens and encumbrances, does not exceed Two Hundred Thousand dollars ($200,000.00.)
  5. That TINA MARINCIC, a/k/a TINA MARIE MARINCIC, and BRENDA DUNFORD, a/k/a BRENDA KATHERINE DUNFORD, are the surviving siblings of DEBRA LEE ADAMS, a/k/a DEBBIE MARINCIC. DEBRA LEE ADAMS, a/k/a DEBBIE MARINCIC left no surviving spouse and there are no deceased children or deceased siblings of DEBRA LEE ADAMS, a/k/a DEBBIE MARINCIC.
  6. That there has not been any application made for the appointment of a personal representative made in the State of Wyoming.
  7. That the Decedent owned an interest in the following described real property in Sublette County, Wyoming, to-wit:
  8. A tract of land located in the N½NE¼ of Section 10 and the S½ of Section 3, Township 30 North, Range 110 West of the 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming; (40 Acres)
  9. An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in and to a tract of land located in the N½NE¼ of Section 10, Township 30 North, Range 110 West of the 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming; (50 Acres)
  10. An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in and to Lot One (1) of the Marincic Subdivision, Sublette County, Wyoming;
  11. That, pursuant to the terms of the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament, TINA MARINCIC, a/k/a TINA MARIE MARINCIC, and BRENDA DUNFORD, a/k/a BRENDA KATHERINE DUNFORD, set over to them and titled in their names.
  12. That there are no other distributees or heirs of the Decedent having any right to succeed to said real property under probate proceedings.

Anyone having an objection to said Application shall file it with the Clerk of District Court, Sublette County, Wyoming prior to 12/3/19.

To all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work being done, or any material furnished to, Telectractors Inc., 120 N. Colter Ave, Pinedale, Wyoming 82901, for the Cole Avenue and Wilson Street Project, Pinedale, Wyoming. You are hereby notified that the Town of Pinedale, Wyoming has accepted final completion according to the Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract between the Town of Pinedale and the afore said Contractor of the work in connection with the Cole Avenue and Wilson Street Project, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement thereof. You are further notified that upon the twelfth day of December,  2019, being the 41st day after the first publication of the notice, said Town of Pinedale will pay Telectractors, Inc the full amount due under said contract; and in the event your claim is not filed with the Town of Pinedale prior to said twelfth day of December, 2019, same shall be waived. AGENDA / LEGAL NOTICE

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE

WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) dated 10/15/2007 executed and delivered by Kevin Schulz and Summer Schulz to First State Bank of Pinedale and a real estate mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by Kevin Schulz and Summer Schulz, husband and wife (the “Mortgagors”), to  First State Bank of Pinedale, and which Mortgage was recorded on 10/24/2007, as Instrument No. 331305, Book No. 155 Mtg., Page No. 303 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Sublette County, State of Wyoming; and

WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part there-of, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and

WHEREAS, written notice of intent to foreclose the Mortgage by advertisement and sale has been served upon the record owner and the party in possession of the mortgaged premises at least ten (10) days prior to the commencement of this publication, and the amount due upon the Mortgage on the date of first publication of this notice of sale being the total sum of $214,434.64 which sum consists of the unpaid principal balance of $202,059.79 plus Interest accrued to the date of the first publication of this notice in the amount of $8,065.51 plus attorneys’ fees, costs expended, and accruing interest and late charges after the date of first publication of this notice of sale;
