ROBERT MICHAEL BOLING, resident of Chaves County, State of New Mexico died on 3/16/19.  His Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate in the Fifth Judicial District Court of the County of Chaves, State of New Mexico, as No. D-504-PB-2019-00015 on 4/11/19.  That ROBERT MICHAEL BOLING’s Last Will and Testament bequest all of his property including the following described Wyoming real property to the RESIDUARY TRUST as established in the Last Will and Testament of ROBERT MICHAEL BOLING.  JAMIE WARD BOLING, Personal Representative of the New Mexico probate, has filed a Petition For Order Admitting Foreign Probate with this Court requesting an order admitting the New Mexico probate proceedings described above as a probate of the Decedent’s estate in Wyoming.  The Wyoming estate of the Decedent being described as follows:

Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE:  In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Sublette County Road and Bridge to modify the Doyle Pit by adding an additional 25.4 acres to the existing pit for a total of 65.44 acres, which will include sand and gravel crushing, screening, exposed acreage, stockpiling, haul activity and a hot mix asphalt plant. The Doyle Pit is located in the SW¼ SW¼ of Section 2, and SE¼ SE¼ of Section 3, T33N, R109W, approximately two (2) miles east-southeast of Pinedale, in Sublette County, Wyoming. The applicant estimates a maximum annual production of 50,000 tons. No blasting or concrete batch plants are planned for this site.

Construction Company pursuant to the Project Manual for the Cottonwood Ryegrass (CR 23-117) Phase II Culvert Project and that Searle Bros. Construction Company is entitled to final settlement thereof.  On November 11, 2022, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this Notice, Sublette County will pay to Searle Bros. Construction Company all amounts and balances due under said Agreement.

Presentation Meeting in Bondurant, WY

October 11, 2022

6:00 p.m.

The Sublette County Conservation District (SCCD), Teton County Conservation District (TCCD), Star Valley Conservation District (SVCD), and Wyoming Water Development Office (WWDO) are holding a public informational meeting for the Hoback River Watershed Level I Study at 6:00 p.m. on October 11, 2022.  The meeting will be held at the Fire Department in Bondurant, WY located at mile marker 142.7 on U.S. Highway 189/191.

The Level I Study has been ongoing since May of 2021 and this meeting is being held to present the findings of said study.  General topics covered will include water rights, water quality, rehabilitation project inventory, surface water hydrography/hydrology, biology, GIS database, and other pertinent information related to the function of the watershed.  As part of this project, a portion of the compiled water rights database was also included in the Sublette County GIS Mapserver.  A demonstration involving these Mapserver based water rights will also be conducted for interested users.  Following a presentation outlining the results of this study, we will be available to discuss funding resources, the Small Water Project Program application process, and any other specific questions you may have regarding the watershed study findings.

Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE:  In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Ultra Resources, Inc. (CMP000768) to modify and operate the Jensen 15-10 PAD (F024338) with the addition of production and equipment associated with two new wells, the Jensen 1C1-15D and 16D1-10D, with two reboiler overheads condensers and four smokeless combustion devices to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration units and condensate tanks, located in the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 10, T31N, R109W, approximately seven (7) miles southwest of Boulder, in Sublette County, Wyoming.  Ultra Resources, Inc. has met the demonstration requirements under Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) for this permitting action since current emissions are less than emissions during the baseline period.  VOC emissions have decreased 3.1 TPY from the baseline period and NOx emissions have decreased 3.5 TPY from the baseline period.  These reductions have been added to Ultra Resources, Inc.’s offset bank to use for future permitting actions.
