Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE:  In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Jonah Energy LLC (CMP100053) to modify the Elm Federal 23-12 Central Facility (F011538) with the addition of production and equipment associated with six wells, the Elm Federal 1-2-23, 3-2-23, 23-13, 23-14, 23-22 and TOT Unit 9, with one reboiler overheads condenser, one TEG flash tank separator and one common smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the dehydration unit, condensate tanks, active produced water tanks and pneumatic pumps, located in the NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 23, T28N, R109W, approximately twenty (20) miles east-southeast of Big Piney, in Sublette County, Wyoming.  Jonah Energy LLC has met the demonstration requirements under Chapter 6, Section 2(c)(ii) for this permitting action since current emissions are less than emissions during the baseline period.  VOC emissions have decreased 93.8 TPY from the baseline period and NOx emissions have decreased 8.9 TPY from the baseline period.  These reductions have been added to Jonah Energy LLC’s offset bank to use for future permitting actions.

Notice of Sheriff’s Sale

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Writ Of Execution dated September 14, 2020 to seize and sell the hereinafter described real property together with any improvements thereon, and appurtenances appertaining thereto pursuant to Wyoming Statute Sections 1-17-301 et seq., to satisfy the amount due and owing under the Order Granting Second Motion For Summary Judgment in the District Court of the Ninth Judicial District (Civil No. 8712) in and for Sublette County Wyoming, in favor of Greenwood Law LLC, against Randall McNinch, Defendant, The Sheriff of Sublette County levied upon the real property of  Defendant.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the amount claimed as due and owing under the aforementioned Order Granting second Motion For Summary Judgment is $125,115.65 together with interest thereon at the rate of 18% per annum from and after August 9, 2019 plus costs of this execution.

Bids will begin at $268,000.00 which represents 2/3 of the appraised value of $400,000.00 plus costs of the sale, as per WY §1-17-316(c).  If no bid exceeds 2/3 of the appraised value plus costs of the sale, the sale will be cancelled and rescheduled.  The above property is being sold “as is, where is” without warranty of condition or ownership.

The property being sold may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale and any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting a bid.
