NOTICE OF FINAL

COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

To all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work being done, or any material furnished to, Wilson Bros. Inc., PO Box 636, 980 Road 7, Cowley, WY 82420 for the HMR Water System Improvements Project Phase II, Sublette County, Wyoming.

You are hereby notified that the High Meadow Ranch Water District has accepted final completion according to the Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract between the High Meadow Ranch Water District and the aforesaid Contractor of the work in connection with the HMR Water System Improvements Project Phase II, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement thereof.

You are further notified that upon the tenth day of February, 2022, being the 41st day after the first publication of the notice, said High Meadow Ranch Water District will pay Wilson Bros. Inc. the full amount due under said contract; and in the event your claim is not filed with the High Meadow Ranch Water District prior to said tenth day of February, 2022, same shall be waived.

This notice is given pursuant to Section 16-6-116, Wyoming Statutes, 1982.

AGENDA / LEGAL NOTICE

A regularly scheduled public meeting of the Sublette County Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following agenda items.  These agenda items will then be heard before the Sublette County Board of County Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.  These meetings will be held in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room, at the Sublette County Courthouse, located at 21 South Tyler Avenue, Pinedale, Wyoming.  The meeting agenda will be posted on the Sublette County Web Page:  www.sublettewyo.com

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Pinedale Town Council will conduct a  public hearing on Monday, February 14, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Lovatt Room, Sublette County Library, 155 South Tyler Avenue, Town of Pinedale in accordance with W.S. 15-1-112 regarding the sale of property to Sublette County. 

RECYCLED ASPHALT PAVEMENT

OR ASPHALT MILLINGS

  1. The Town is selling approximately 1,407 cubic yards of excess millings to Sublette County at $5 per cubic yard. The Town is supplying no labor or equipment for the removal of the millings from the site. All transportation and/or costs associated with the transportation of the millings will be completed by the purchaser.

Subject: Annual Election May 2022

  1. The annual election for one district Director will be held Tuesday May 3, 2022. As required in W.S. 22-29-116 (b) a polling place will be provided at the St Hubert Church in Bondurant f rom 1 pm to 6 pm.
  2. The term of office is three (3) years.
  3. Applicatipns for Directo1 in substantial conformance with the form set forth in W.S 22-29-110 (b) should be filed with Sam Sumrall, Chairman or Joe LeDuc, District Secretary in person or mailed to HRSID PO Box 33 Bondurant WY 82922 between February 8, 2022 and to arrive no later than February 26, 2022.
  4. The election is a mail ballot election. No sooner than 25 days before the election, April 8, 2022 and no later than 15 days, April 18, 2022, the election official will mail to each landowner a mail ballot and each qualified elector entitled to vote it the mail ballot election at the last address appearing in the registration records, a mail ballot package, which shall be marked "DO NOT FORWARD - ADDRESS CORRECTION REQUESTED" or a similar statement.

The Town Council of the Town of Pinedale met in regular session on Monday, December 13, 2021, in the Lovatt Room of the Sublette County Library.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro tem Swafford at 5:00 p.m.  Council members present:  Tyler Swafford, Judi Boyce, Isaac Best and Dean Loftus. Mayor Murdock was absent as planned. Those in attendance included:  Brian Gray, representing Jorgensen Associates; Robert Galbreath, representing the Pinedale Roundup; John Overgaag; Max Lockett; Town Employees Abram Pearce and Spencer Hartman. Wes Werbelow, representing T-O Engineers; Tesa Manning and Andrew Moses, attended via teleconference.

Mayor Pro tem Swafford led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Motion by Councilwoman Boyce to approve the agenda as presented. Seconded by Councilman Best. Motion passed 4-0.

Motion by Councilman Loftus to approve the minutes of the November 22, 2021, regular Town Council meeting. Seconded by Councilwoman Boyce. Motion passed 4-0.

Motion by Councilwoman Boyce to approve the third extension of the Temporary Drainage license from Bob Harrower until 12/01/2026 (unless cancelled) in the amount of $7,000 per year. Seconded by Councilman Best. Motion passed 4-0.

Motion by Councilman Loftus to approve the Wastewater Discharge Permit schedule if compliance as presented. Seconded by Councilwoman Boyce. Motion passed 4-0.

Motion by Councilman Best to approve the purchase of 10 UV Bulbs from Trojan UV for the wastewater treatment plant, which have already been requested from the manufacturer due to lead times, in the amount of $5,945 not including shipping. Seconded by Councilwoman Boyce. Motion passed 4-0.

Motion by Councilman Best to approve the Temporary Use Permit Application submitted by Jorgensen Associates to place a temporary office trailer at 36 S. Tyler for one year from the first date of placement. Seconded by Councilman Loftus. Motion passed 4-0.

Motion by Councilman Loftus to approve the purchase of Beet Heet Ice Melt from K-Tech in the amount of $5,440.00. Seconded by Councilwoman Boyce. Motion passed 4-0.

Motion by Councilwoman Boyce to approve Change Order number 1, to the South Tyler Pathway Project in the amount of $12,470.00. Seconded by Councilman Loftus. Motion passed 4-0.

Motion by Councilman Best to approve amendment number 2 to WYDOT Transportation Alternative Grant CD 19305 for the South Tyler Pathway to extend the original term by 12 months and allowing completion by 12/31/2022. Seconded by Councilwoman Boyce. Motion passed 4-0.

Motion by Councilwoman Boyce to approve the WYDOT agreement to render services for the repair of sewer lines under Pine Street in the amount of $363,889.00. Seconded by Councilman Best. Motion passed 4-0.

Motion by Councilwoman Boyce to approve the Request for Proposal for professional engineering services at Ralph Wenz Field. Seconded by Councilman Loftus. Motion passed 4-0.

Motion by Councilman Best to approve the Request for Proposal for professional planning services at Ralph Wenz Field. Seconded by Councilman Loftus. Motion passed 4-0.

Motion by Councilman Best to approve the airport Hangar Lot Leases to be effective January 01, 2022. Seconded by Councilwoman Boyce. Motion passed 4-0.
