The Town of Pinedale is conducting a surplus sale by sealed bid. The following items will be sold to the highest bidder. Sealed bids for each item must be submitted per individual item and must be received either in the mail or in person by the Town Clerk no later than 1 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2021 using the official bid form at which time they will be opened. The Town of Pinedale reserves the right to reject all bids. Cash, personal check, business check or cashier’s check are the only payment forms that will be accepted. Payment must be made by 4 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2021 or the item will be awarded to the next highest bidder. If no other bid has been received, the item will be re-posted in a subsequent auction.

All items are sold as is, where is, and there are NO warranties, actual or implied and NO refunds of any kind. We do NOT ship items. Local pick-up ONLY.

Buyer must remove auction item(s) from said agencies premises WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of payment. If the items have not been picked up after ten business days, they will be re-posted to the auction and no refund will be given. The notice of award, the payment receipt and personal identification must be presented at the time of pick-up.
Third Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winner’s authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License). We are not responsible for 3rd party couriers.

To all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work done, or any material furnished to Progressive Roofing, 851 East 675 South, Unit C, Lehi, UT 84042 for Pinedale Middle School Partial Re-Roof, East Hennick, Pinedale, WY 82941.
You are hereby notified that Sublette County School District # 1, 665 N Tyler Ave., PO Box 549, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941, has accepted substantial completion according to the Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract between Sublette County School District # 1 and the aforesaid Contractor of the work in connection with the Pinedale Middle School Partial Re-Roof and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement thereof.
You are further notified that upon May 27, 2021, being the 41st day after the first publication of the notice, said Sublette County School District # 1 will pay Progressive Roofing the full amount due under said contract, and in the event your claim is not filed with Sublette County School District # 1 prior to said 27th day of May 2021, same shall be waived.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE
WHEREAS, default has occurred, the mortgagor is deceased under the terms of a promissory note (the "Note") dated February 6, 2015, executed and delivered by Claudie M. Meyer (“Mortgagor”) to American Advisors Group, and a real estate mortgage (the "Mortgage") of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by said Mortgagor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as sole nominee for American Advisors Group, its successor and assigns, and which Mortgage was recorded on February 18, 2015 at Instrument No. 376499 in Book 208 Mtg at Page 413 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Sublette County, State of Wyoming; and

REQUEST FOR BIDS
2021 SUBLETTE COUNTY CHIP SEAL
PROJECT for SUBLETTE COUNTY, WYOMING
Sealed BIDS are requested for work described in the Project Manual for the 2021 Sublette County Chip Seal Project, dated April 16, 2021, prepared by Rio Verde Engineering, 804 Hoback Street, P.O. Box 642, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941, 307-367-2826.
BIDS will be received by Rio Verde Engineering until 2 pm local time on April 30, 2021, at which time said BIDS will be opened and read aloud.
The work consists of 300,000 SY of chip seal, 60,000 lbs. crack seal, 600,000 LF striping, and miscellaneous appurtenances.
CONTRACTORS shall be required to accompany each BID with a BID Bond with sufficient surety, or a certified check, cashier’s check or bank draft upon some reputable bank payable to Sublette County for at least ten (10) percent of the total amount of the BID. The bond, check or bank draft shall be forfeited as liquidated damages, if the CONTRACTOR, upon the letting of the contract to him, fails to enter into the contract within ten (10) days after it is presented to him for that purpose or fails to proceed with the performance of the contract. The BID Bond, draft or check shall be retained by Sublette County until proper bond to secure performance of the contract has been filed and approved. All the above is to be in accordance with 15-1-113 and 16-6-101 to 121, Wyoming Statutes, 2021.
The right is reserved by Sublette County to reject any and all BIDS, and to waive any irregularity or informality in the BID process. BIDS may not be withdrawn for thirty days after the date of opening.

Notice is hereby given that Western Wyoming Food Cooperative consisting of Sweetwater County School District 2, Sweetwater County School District #1, Lincoln County School District #2, Uinta County School District #6, Uinta County School District #4, Uinta County School District #1, Sublette County School District #9, Sublette County School District #1, Teton County, and C Bar V Ranch and have issued a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to Food Service Distributors to provide food and non-food for the 2021-2022 school year.
