NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Writ Of Execution dated September 14, 2022 to seize and sell the hereinafter described personal property together with any improvements thereon, and appurtenances appertaining thereto pursuant to Wyoming Statute Sections 1-17-301 et seq., to satisfy the amount due and owing in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial District (Civil No. 2021-0097) in and for Sublette County Wyoming, in favor of Honnen Equipment Company, Plaintiff, against R.S. The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) has authorized Pinedale Natural Gas, Inc. to pass on to its customers a net wholesale gas cost increase of $0.081 per therm, effective for usage on and after December 28, 2022, subject to notice, protest, intervention, possible hearing, refund, change, further investigation, and further order of the Commission.

A typical residential gas customer using 114 therms per month for the rate-effective period of January through March 2023, may expect a monthly gas bill increase of $9.26 or 6.2%, before taxes. Actual bills will vary with usage.

The Application is available at the Commission’s office in Cheyenne or at the Company’s business office in Pinedale, Wyoming, or at: https://dms.wyo.gov/external/publicusers.aspx (enter Record No. 17205).

Anyone desiring to file an intervention petition, request for a public hearing, or a statement, public comment or protest in this matter must file, in writing, with the Commission on or before February 15, 2023. A proposed intervention or request for hearing must set forth the grounds, the position and interest of the petitioner.

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE:  In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Williams Field Services Company to permit existing and future pigging facilities with emissions totaling less than 4 tons per year (tpy) of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), with each individual pig trap with emissions totaling less than one (1) tpy of VOC’s not located at compressor stations or gas plants, located in the Big Piney Field, Sublette County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031017 and permit number P0036047 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Sublette County Library, Pinedale, Wyoming.  Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Sublette County Clerk’s Office, Pinedale, Wyoming.  In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.
